PROJECT SCOPE: Flat, low-slope roof replacement, Installed Fibertite’s 60 mil XT single-ply membrane over tapered insulation using Isoweld plates, replaced damaged trusses and sheathing as needed and replaced all of the fascia along the perimeter as well as the gutters.
OPTAMISS ROLE: Acted as Roof Consultant and Owner’s Representative; Provided roof testing and engineering; Wrote tailored specifications; Bid out the job; Performed construction project management and construction observation, Held weekly construction meetings; Reviewed and approved A1A Pay applications; Made sure to gather all close-out documents.
