After performing a roof evaluation, OptaMiss prepared a set of tailored roof replacement specifications. After holding an onsite pre-bid meeting and opening the sealed bids, we presented the BOD with a bid analysis. OptaMiss has been performing full-time quality assurance inspections and project management to ensure the project runs smoothly and specifications are being followed.
