PROJECT SCOPE: Removal of three roof systems, Installation of a GAF 3ply system hotmopped over tapered Insulation on a concrete deck; Replace a/c stands, raise electrical conduits and re-shape condensation lines and install all new UV rated insulation; Wrap the parapet walls up and over and finish with a metal parapet cap.
