As President of OptaMiss, Amilly applies her extensive experience in construction to accurately assess the needs of new and prospective commercial clients.   While maintaining a strong emphasis on exceptional customer service, Amilly takes pride in the creation of short, sweet and user-friendly documents and reports. Amilly’s passion stems from putting her knowledge to work for others, helping them make educated choices and get the most value out of their construction projects.

Aside from following her father’s footsteps by obtaining both her General Contractor and Roofing licenses, her employment at Florida TEC from 2000-2015 provide her with the foundation and technical insight of commercial roof systems and structures. OptaMiss was born from her passion for construction, love for teaching and affinity with teaching.  Amilly obtained her Registered Roof Observer (RRO) certification through IIBEC in 2022 and is currently pursuing the Registered Roof Consultant (RRC) designation. Both Amilly and the OptaMiss Team regularly attend hands on training seminar and obtain field related certifications, which in turn better equip them in monitoring construction projects.

In her free time, she enjoys the great outdoors and spending quality time with her husband and two boys.
