PROJECT SCOPE: Flat, low-slope roof replacement, Repaired existing LWC, Installed Versico’s Versiweld 80 mil single-ply TPO membrane over tapered LWIC using Flexible Dash adhesive, Replaced a/c stands, raised electrical conduits and re-shaped condensation lines and installed all new UV rated insulation; Waterproofed the parapet walls using Sto’s Watertight system.
OPTAMISS’ ROLE: Acted as Roof Consultant and Owner’s Representative; Provided roof testing and engineering; Wrote tailored specifications; Bid out the job; Performed construction project management and construction observation, Held weekly construction meetings; Reviewed and approved A1A Pay applications; Made sure to gather all close-out documents.
