El revestimiento elastom\u00e9rico que se hab\u00eda aplicado para calificar este techo para una garant\u00eda NDL adicional de 5 a\u00f1os, se estaba rizando hacia atr\u00e1s, creando numerosas orejas de elefante y arrastrando los gr\u00e1nulos de la capa superior con \u00e9l. Adem\u00e1s, tanto un estudio de impedancia como de humedad nuclear revelaron que hab\u00eda humedad excesiva atrapada en ciertas \u00e1reas del sistema de techado. Aunque el fabricante original del techo ofreci\u00f3 proporcionar m\u00e1s recubrimiento elastom\u00e9rico para aplicar en el techo, la cantidad de agua estancada llev\u00f3\u00a0<strong>OptaMiss\u00a0<\/strong>descartar esa opci\u00f3n como viable. Como puede imaginar, debido a esta falla prematura del techo, la asociaci\u00f3n de condominios a\u00fan no hab\u00eda tenido tiempo suficiente para acumular sus reservas econ\u00f3micas para un alcance completo <a style=\"color:black\"href=\"https:\/\/optamiss.com\/es\/\">reemplazo de techo<\/a>.\u00a0\u00a0<strong>OptaMiss<\/strong>\u00a0necesitaba encontrar una manera de preservar esta inversion. Despu\u00e9s de mucha investigaci\u00f3n y consideraci\u00f3n,\u00a0<strong>OptaMiss<\/strong>\u00a0OptaMiss solicito que se reemplazaran todas las \u201c\u00e1reas 'h\u00famedas\u201d y que   se aplicara un revestimiento de techo de silicona SOPREMA de 20 a\u00f1os.\u00a0<em>SOPREMA<\/em>\u00a0se aplique un revestimiento de silicona para el techo. Una vez recibida la Solicitud de Propuestas sellada de los licitantes preaprobados, se present\u00f3 a la Junta Directiva un an\u00e1lisis de la oferta.
